Edward deserves to be acknowledged for his superior customer service.
I have 3 cheetahstand 8s. Two of them lost a rubber foot. The lose means the leg can go past the positioning pin and the stand legs do not self deploy.

When I emailed yesterday asking if I could get replacement feet, including maybe one or two extra, Edward called and apologized for the inconvenience, confirmed my mailing address so he could send the replacement feet, and suggest a way to ensure the feet don't come out. i.e. a little super glue.

Thanks for caring about your customers Edward.
