Guys, can anyone tell me the thickness in millimeters of the filters that work with the Lee Foundation Kit? Or is the holder adjustable to handle different thickness filters?

Yea but from the way thats sounding, thats not going to work:

According to the Lee Filter Holder System brochure the Guide 2 filter holder will accept filters 1.5 to 2 mm thick.

And...

I have a Lee filter holder. On one side of the walls of a groove that hold the filter has a plastic blade spring that touches the other side of the wall in the middle. So the holder can hold even a gel filter without a paper mount. I haven't seen any Hitech filter, but so long as it is a fairly thick one made of resin, the holder should be able to hold the Hitech filter without problem. Seeing is believing.

QUOTED IMAGE

It doesnt look or sound like you can adjust the Lee filter mounts any larger than to support a 2mm thick filter. I am looking to support a 3.5mm filter.

Hmmmm.... What about longer screws?

You can try longer screws but, you would have to stack washers in between.
