LR 3 quick develop relative adjustments

I want to be able to use the quick develop relative adjustments in presets so they can be applied to all images during import into lightroom.

Does anyone have an idea how that can be accomplished.

For example; a preset that adds one fine adjustment click to white balance.

The objective is to have a preset that applies camera calibration, tone curve, black point, and the white balance relative adjustment in a preset that can be applied to all images during import.

You're not missing anything. Presets are absolute, although relative presets is a request I hear from time to time, so that may change in the future. In the meantime, closest you can get is to apply with your fixed preset and then hit the QD button for the relative adjustments.
