i agree jay. i would actually say..."blah...." but only because these are low-res and sooc.

anything that you think that i can do to it that can make it pop out? the only thing that have been done to it would be resize to JPEG from Raw. im just trying to learnfrom you guys what i can do to it which would make it better.

and yes, i am holding back, i do have more! images where they actually look at me! haha!

For me there just too soft, most probably caused by motion blur. The background is really dull here as you see they are in a massive stadium but all the seats are empty. I would therefore try to use a very narrow depth of field by shooting at a very shallow aperture in order to turn the bad background into a graphic.

This would also help you to increase your shutter speed which in turn will help to freeze their movement.

On the brighter side, you captured some nice expressions, but then again they are pro's haha

I must say that these are very underwhelming and disappointing when the starting point was so good.

Straight out of camera is never any justification.

Never, ever post anything sooc.
If you can't be bothered doing some pp, why bother putting them up.
Your photos you post are representative of your standard of work.
Only ever post the best example of your work possible.

Even with pp work, I doubt that these pics will come up that well.
They're badly focussed (only one is even close to looking like it's sharp) and have poor background.

Beautiful girls but these looked like candid shots. The bright lights from above need to be cropped out in most of these images. I know you were probably standing below the catwalk but shooting up from below does not flatter your subject, no matter how pretty they are.

ill keep my good shots to myself! HAHA! yeah, i concur they are soft. forgot to put it on servo! DOH! but the rest isnt as soft as these shots.

el_ben might be right though. i was pretty nervous since these is the first high profile shots that i have done.

but heres one peek at what im being greedy about....

Miss Finland (my favorite out of the bunch that was there)

She has been quite popular in there but to be honest I dont understand why. For me she does not look anything special. Maybe I live in wrong country but miss Mexico looks much much better. I just dont fancy blondes who look like 16 years old and in here every 25 years old girls look that way :( No wonder its hard to find models in here

I agree that pics looks soft and angles are bit weird. Try not to use center focus point as there is too much empty space above every girl. They dont move that fast that you couldnt frame it properly when you shoot them
