Depends on what you like to shoot ;)
If you are a nerd without a life - as I am (I have a BSc in Maths and now do a PhD in CFD) - and prefer inanimate objects, then no.

If you are a person with a life and enjoy portraits (shooting them and looking at them) then quite possibly yes.

...and I shall return to reading my code...

I certainly lack the same educational qualifications to be a nerd that you have ... but I do like photographing light patterns (on or around inanimate objects) rather than annoying my friends who aren't keen to encourage me into portraiture ...

Yay! - Someone who doesn't shoot people :).
I like the idea and the image by the way.

Cheers ...

There's some great portraiture in here, but it's good to have someone else shooting ... other stuff. (Although the majority of my professional work involves people - either acting or dancing - on stage, I've also worked as a landscape photographer for a while, and my personal work tends to involve ... other stuff.)

Open Headphones = home use ;) - simple as that. I couldn't use open headphones at university because they would leak too much sound.

Yeah true that! If my friends heard my music they would think I'm weird !

I'm thinking of getting a pair of Grado PS500s I just looked into them tonight otherwise maybe a pair of RS-1s or RS-2s.

My mom and I got our urban exploring on today. Did some good ol' fashioned trespassing at the abandoned quarry.

What you REALLY want is a pair of Vandersteen Model 1's. ditch the cans!

BS in pure math(not that dirty stuff you have on your hands), and now in for a MS in statistics(I summarily take back the earlier parenthetical jab)

Music, photography and math are all so beautiful
