Where are you located? If you're located in the U.S, then save yourself some trouble by buying at reputable places like B&H and Adorama.

The Kiss X4 is the same as 550D/Rebel T2i. However, it's generally recommended to stay away from eBay especially packaged deals that comes with cards and all sorts of stuff that you don't need such as the no-frills flash and the two adapter lenses in the link.

I got a Kiss X4 because it was the only place to get a T2i (china via ebay) at the time, and I needed it for my trip to orlando to see the space shuttle launch and the mouse :)

they sold it bundled with the canon grip, and just the body (which was exactly what I wanted, as I had gifted my old camera, but not my lenses to my youngest sister). I've been using it steadily ever since and am quite happy with it.

Save yourself the aggravation and buy from a reputable vendor such as Amazon, B&H, or Adorama. First off, it's an imported version so no mfg. warranty. Secondly, the lenses and accessories in these Ebay kits are pure crap.
