Chicago Skyline at Dusk

Took this one the other night. What do you think? What could I have done better?

Sky needs to be a bit darker. Still a very nice picture, though.

Really nice. Cole is right though, sky should be darker. Which fountain is that?

I actually like the sky the way it is -- I like that it still has some color in it!

I would have gone a little lower (though cropping bottom of frame could address this slightly) when taking the picture, but still, it's a nice shot.

Thanks guys. It's Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park in Chicago. I couldn't really go any lower than the crop I have because the fountains edges were there as well as grass. It would have thrown off the composition.

I had a great time shooting this fountain while I was visiting Chicago a couple weeks ago. Good shot.

I was thinking Buckingham fountain but wasn't sure. I lived in NW Indiana for 18 years.

Yes, if you would have waited a little longer you would have had a beautiful dark blue sky. With that as a backdrop, this scene is amazing. A tripod would have also been nice to get even better detail.
