Got this shot today. Wish I had better PP experience as I would like the Helo to stand out a little more. It was an overcast day and I was shooting from behind a window.
C&C welcome.

Always nice to be able to grab a picture of Marine 1. Nice prop blur, but it appears a bit back lit. On my edit; cropped, increased saturation, resized, adjusted shadows/highlights, increased contrast, sharpen, cloned the dust bunny. I do not like to use shadow/highlight, but I think this image needed it. Jeremy

Aug 16, 2010 19:24 | #7 Oh, I did. There were two in a tower across from me. I was looking out the window with binoculars before the helos arrived and looked up the tower. Guess what I see but the sniper looking right back at me with his binoculars! Could have been a bad day if I all of the sudden showed up on a roof top as Marine 1 was on final. :p My music teacher used to perform in NYC. One of the sets he would disappear, and start 'dueling' with a trumpeter on the main stage from up in the balcony. When VP Gore was in attendance, the entire balcony was shut down for him, but my teacher didn't think about it and darted up the side steps to do the bit. He was in for a bit of a shock when he got to the top. SS let him through, but were annoyed that nobody had informed them in advance of this. Canon Rebel XSi
