Shots were taken with a Canon XSi, Tokina 11-16mm (@ 11mm), ISO 1600, and 1-2 s exposure. Other meteors were captured, but these were the only ones with bright enough streaks to be visible (SOOC with the UWA) after uploading to Picasa. Insets only have a basic curve adjustment on them. Feedback is always welcome.        I'm off lining my cage with newspaper.

Good captures thought it was completely cloudy here in central pa. Joe I had wondered the same, but the angle matched the other meteor trajectories that I captured from the same position/time so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I'm off lining my cage with newspaper.

The upward arcing trajectory and the color are strong indicators that it is a lightening bug. Or at the least something other than a meteor. Tim Kerr
