Looking for a RRS plate and clamp recommendation.

I'll be shooting with a Canon 7D, 300mm 2.8 IS on a Gitzo 2541 tripod with a Markins M10 head.

Shortly I'll pickup a matching Gitzo monopod.

Are there diffferent plates?

And then there seems to be about 5 clamp options for Markins Ballheads: B2 LR II, B2-Pro, B2 LLR II, B2-Pro/L
