Another vote for Irfanview. The batch processing it is JUST amazing for resizing and watermarking with text. I wish the had a more flexible watermark feature for insertin jpg watermarks.

Not to mention the ability to create HTML pages. (Right Click Folder, export to HTML) A Camera - A Lens -- Gear Doesn't Matter
