Beach pic - Thoughts welcomed

I like the colors and semi-silhouette look, but I don't really get the angle.

Really like the colors. And the vignetting seems to work here. But I have to agree, I'm not much on the tilted image. I know a lot of people like that, but my eyes don't. Nice capture!

As for the angle ... Just wanted to shoot it that way.

Interesting angle, I have to say, it actually adds a certain emotion to the capture
I love the background and the composition, it's very nice!

It's a really nice shot, but a little ruined for me because of the angle. It just makes me tilt my head. People usually tilt shots to convey action, but that doesn't work with this shot imho.

I'm going to echo the general consensus above. Love it otherwise!

Unsure of the angle of the dangle. However, it is otherwise a first class example of how to capture interesting silhouettes.

Wasn't going to comment on this one, but after I seen it the second time I must say that I totally love that you can see the one star peeking its bright little face out. Don't know why but that just makes it for me.

Just wanted to add that I liked the photo and the star made it twinkle he he

I agree about the angle tilt but I love the colors and the silhouette. Very pretty and it made me say wow!

Good job!. But for me, for a beach photo you must keep the horizon..

Funny...i looked at the picture and instantly knew it was Long Beach with the Queen Mary and the San Pedro Hills visible in the distance...

Nice capture though! Not sure if i like the angle or hate it...id have to see one with the horizon straight to say for sure but otherwise, a very nice image!

Have to agree with everyone else. Photo looks great, but the angle just doesn't do it for me.
