I love shooting nature macro but the season is short here with winter and all so I'm trying to make myself go out and and shoot then put together a weekly series during the summer months. Hopefully they are presentable and folks don't get too bored with them. I'm not a extreme macro person and try for interesting shots that show a little of the surroundings be it a leaf, twig or what ever. Thanks for looking and CC are always welcome as I'm interested in improving my skills.

All are really cool but I like the caterpillar (#2 I think) the very best, nice contrast and focus.

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't sure about the caterpillar at first because it's head is not visible but I really liked the lack of color and the fact I got most of it in focus. Plus it isn't crop which is rare for me and macro as I almost always have to crop for composition.
