Recommended head for Manfrotto 190XB Pro for both still and video

I am planning to buy Manfrotto 190XB Pro tripod. What would you recommend for the head that I should get so I can use it to also attach either a DSLR Camera or a Camcorder for video recording?

a pan head would suffice for video
