We have a lot of talk and consternation about apparent swivel LCD on 60D. If the new SX130 had a swivel I'd be on it like a bum on a baloney sandwich. Not sure why Canon won't bring a swivel back to this class of camera (like the old A series). They may be afraid of taking away some of their own superzoom sales, but realistically I think it would be a great point of differentiation vs every other mid-zoom on the market.

The PowerShot SX130 IS brings 12x optical zoom (28-336mm), as well as optical image stabilization, at the nice price of $250. The SX130 has a 3" LCD screen and shoots 720p video.

As for the 720P video on the S95 (and the 130), what's up with that Canon? Is there any real reason not to go 1080P today? Maybe it is understandable on the cheaper SX130, but not on the $400 S95.
