Not bad, I like the feel of the image. I assume it's a snapshot from something like a re-enactment 'fĂȘte'?

The thing that bothers me is the blurry hand, I would've liked to see it sharp as well.

Thanks, he is in fact a working sculptor

Really like the feel of the image and the blurred hand doesn't bother me at all - just shows it's not posed. Really like the PP too :)

My only criticism would be that your watermark is distracting lol

I like the shot and I believe that hand is more blurred by smoke than motion. No exif so can't tell shutter speed.

It was 1/200 f/4 ISO400, and yes, he was in a corner, so plenty of smoke.
