So I walk past the much debated "World Trade Center Mosque" on my way to and from work daily. I was walking home night before last and noticed that for the first time the doors were open. Not only were they open but there seemed to be a crowd and news crews gathering out front and I was camera less...

Anyway I figured that even if I couldn't snap pics I could look around and take notes. There was a wily old guy writing on the ground in color chalk and passing out literature. I went back yesterday evening and took some pics, this time the old guy:

This time the old guy had some fellow protesters with him:

I took video too...I got him to explain what he was doing out there and what he supported. The guy talked my poor 8gb card full :( I also feel like a boob for leaving the shotgun mic at the studio.

Oh yea, someone had said that this building over-looks the WTC site....

Really? Cause the view from the stairs says otherwise.

Thanks for looking.
