I have been having problems appling the latest update to Zoombrowser. After unzipping it to my desktop and running it the update tells me "the application to be updated is not installed......." which is clearly nonsense.
Canon are saying I must uninstall zoombrowser, reinstall it from the original CD, then redownload the update.
This seems a bit over the top. I've already downloaded the update twice! Does anyone know why this might be happening?
Everything else updated perfectly, no problems at all. And to be perfectly frank I don't use zoombrowser anyway. Maybe it would be simpler all round to uninstall and forget it?
