Thanks! Little bit of trial and error but I do have to say, I LOVE my new 5d mk ii. Def. a sizable upgrade from the 1d Mk III I was shooting before.

I agree very nice set. What did you use for lighting?

Also, the Blog post is excellent! I actually laughed out loud at the Bicycle part. Well done for sure.

Thanks..

Lighting is natural. I did use Viveza to brighten up some of the people in the images, where having a bit of fill flash or reflector would help... I brought my OCFs but never set them up because we were having too much fun just wandering around.

Nice series.

The only thing I will comment on would be:
#1 The flare on the nose bothers me a little bit. But nice photo!
#4 I'm not crazy about the 2 yellow bars going into their heads.

Cool @nicksan, thanks for the comments

Maybe the flare is from my B+W filter, i'll try going with out it next time I shoot into the sun.

re: 4, I agree with you, I did like the composition and color though. Next time I'm going to try shooting in front of these super colorful trailers on this construction site by my house.

BTW awesome work on your blog. Makes me miss living in NY...

very nice series!...the only C&C i would add would be toning down on the saturation a bit.

well in general, which in fact make the skins look a bit red-ish in some of the shots....the use of bokeh is impecable though, specially that headshot of her in the grass....woow

# 3 is splendid really well done. I am just curious what the same picture would look like without the guy laying in the background?
