The light on it in #1 looks pretty good, but what did you like about the pole reflected in the window & side? See the links in my Sig & give them another shot. ;)

i agree with photosguy, the pole in #1 takes away from an otherwise nice shot, also in #3 looks to me like some fill flash was in order as the top of the ride was a bit dark, i especially like #2 and #4 the dramatic effect of the shadows in #4 on the white car and then the black car against the gray cement wall are well done.

1) if you can re-shoot, try bringing car farther away from the background and crop for less road
2) get closer and use wider lens
3) I love night shots... careful with your flash. You can PS out the glare or add another side light to bring contrast to the top of the car. That part kinda blends in to the background.
4) Love the lines in this one. Easy with the post vignette and blur. I'd PS out that smudge on the back wall (right side of image)

i thought having the car in the center for #1 would make it even, but ill take that into consideration next time.
for #2, i am currently saving up for a wider angle lens, any suggestions? im using a crop body..

"Even" is static. "Uneven" is more dynamic. What is there about the pavement that makes it a better image? Load your image & see how it works in the Composition Adjuster. (external link)

Sadly, the Kit lens is better than most people using it? ;)

What lens did you use? A good wide would be a 24mm. I have a 14mm but that's probally too wide for cars
