Great ripples in the sand and got to love the partial cloud reflection.

I meant to comment on this in the Landscapes 2010 thread the other night -- I must have forgotten!

The ripples in the sand and their diagonal orientation of the light and shadow is very good. Great capture of the light as well

Looks like your week away was worth it! :)

There seems to be a strong bluey cast at the bottom, and the sky would benefit from being darkened I think.

The bottom can easily be corrected with a WB adjustment. Just that with the golden light I would have expected it to be much warmer.

I think this was due to two different colour temperatures being present in the scene.

This is what Zeiss glass does George. It gives off a cool cast. Thanks for your feedback. :)

After some feedback from some of the folks here, I decided to reedit the image. It's nice to have extra eyes here and I seriously take into consideration of what could be done to improve the image. I did a bit more by exposure blending two images. One for the sky and foreground. I corrected the WB, tweaked the colors a bit more and this is the final result. Thanks for the feedback everyone. :):)
