You have some nice bokeh going on here. The first pic seems out of focus. Which lens are you using?

There is something wrong here and I can't put my finger on it.
Shutter speeds are all very high, so there shouldn't be any camera shake; so why are these shots out of focus? Maybe you intended soft pics?

50mm 1.8. The kids were on the move the whole time. I think I was chasing too much

I tried to go with Manual settings. it was slightly cloudy. ISO 100, Shutter 1/2000, f/1.8

thanks for the feedback and any tips.

I just love that last one! That put a smile on my face.

The only issue that I see is some mis-focusing. For # 1, it seems as if the focus fell on the sleeve. Are you selecting the focus point or using the center?

Was the aperture set to 1.8 (it says 1.76 in the exif data). Maybe that's why they seem a bit OOF?

I really like #2 and #4. :)

Mom to 2 gorgeous boys, ages 7 years and 4 years. Shooting with a Rebel XT, using either a 50mm lens or the kit lens (18-55mm).

Yes.. it was at 1.8. That is why it seems out of focus. Thank you.
