Met up with a few friends over the weekend to take part in a tunnel run at night to bring London back to life.

Quite a few things wrong in these but more sharing for everyone.

Taken with

Sony NEX-5 / 18-55 kit lens / Canon EF 50mm 1.8 / Canon EF 85mm 1.8

Public tunnel. It connects part of the main road to a railway station at the other end. The entire tunnel is a graffiti zone so on a daily basis, the work usually tends to change.

These would have benefitted greatly from some additional lighting...

You shot in a tunnel under available light and honestly, they look like you shot in a tunnel under available light... The WB is wonkey and there's no "pop" to any of them.

Looks like a fun evening out but even one Speedlight and an Umbrella could have helped a lot.

Agreed but the NEX-5 has no trigger ports so I would have had to gone for optical triggers which I dont find reliable enough for my liking.

So rather just crank my ISO and just shoot. No biggie since this wasnt really a photoshoot but more waiting around for others so we could start our tunnel run. :)
