Location: Northwest Territories, Canada. Rapids Of The Drowned.
Latitude - Longitude : 60° 00' 00" N - 111° 53' 00" W

We're not all about ice and snow up here. Often it gets within the range of +30 to +40 C. Lately its cooling off and I'm shooting more auroras. In the late summer of june-july we have nearly no stars in the sky, and barely see the moon. The sun bounces below the horizon for about 2 hours then pops back up again.

Here's some of my most interesting landscapes from last month. enjoy. oh...and please no C&C..just sharing.

Gorgeous Karl - really nicely done material. I love the close-in wide angle views. Thanks for sharing.

Oops no PM
One question I would love to take my wife north to photograph the northern lights, you made reference to photographing auroras lately.
If you would care to drop me a line my email is.
