Hi
When I process my pics now, I put what I'm happy with straight onto my Flickr page. I then complete the image with a border/date/name. Is there anyway of doing this in lightroom to enable me to complete my PP completely in LR, so, if I export my images elsewhere they will still have the border, date and name.
Thanks

Ian

There is a plug-in for Lightroom called Mogrify which people have been using for a long time, but you might check out the new LR3 features that support watermarking. Also, there are two processes when preparing a shot for print called "Stroke Border" and "Identity Plate" that I believed has had some modifications over time (you can save a Print work-up to a file), although I've never used it and can't supply details. The thing to do is look in Help for those two functions in Help and see if they suit your needs, although Mogrify is from what I gather still more useful.

if you output to jpg at web size of 4x6 at 85dpi in the print module, then you can add borders, and in LR3 change the paper color.

the drop down box to select between actuall printing and creating jpg;s instead is in the print job section of the print module, right above "draft mode"

the date/name could be put into an identy plate, sized & positioned as you like
