Hi There. After I searched high and low and did some research on grids for my Calumet Genesis 200 strobes, I bought a set and now I'm presenting a writeup to those of you who may be doing the same research.
All Images are clickable for larger resolution!!
Equipment used:
-Two (2) Genesis 200 strobes on stands, one with a 24x32 softbox and one with a 7" grid reflector
-Canon 5D Mark II with 24-70 lens, tripod mounted.
-Calumet 7" (7 Inch) Universal Grids and 7" grid reflector.
First I showed the difference in the grid reflector and the standard umbrella compatible reflector which comes with the Genesis 200 strobes.
On the left is the 7" reflector, it's a little deeper than the stock reflector. On the right is the standard reflector which comes with the Genesis 200.

Then I took a photo of each of the grids to show exactly what 20, 30 and 40 degrees look like. The holes are not slanted or anything like that. They are straight though. The 20 has the smallest holes, the 30 has the medium size holes and the 40 degrees has the largest holes.

Grids are great for background/backdrop lighting and for hair light / rim light.
