Absolutely! This is a screw mount (M42) Pentax lens dating from the sixties. Takumars were noted for being pretty sharp lenses in the Pentax line. This particular lens is a 50mm macro lens capable of 1 to 1 lifesize images, and Pentax called it "Macro Takumar". I bought a couple M42 to EOS adapters off of ebay, and use these to adapt this lens as well as my Asahi Pentax Bellows or extension rings with my 55mm Super Takumar.
