I have used it on another machine it's amazing.
I have a question regarding subscription and Jeffrey's plug in.

I have LR2 and use the plug in. No problem.
Just got a new machine and it has a copy of lightroom LR3 on it but it's a common bundle subscription for resellers I guess b/c the plug in won't work with it.

I can either buy an upgrade for LR3 in order to use the plug in.
Or I can get a student/teacher edition LR3 even cheaper.
The plug in should work either way correct?

TIA

Don't know about your LR2/3 licensing issues, but the plugin should work in all versions of LR you mentioned.

Jay,
I have my images in either flickr or photbucket in about 3 minutes.

What issues are you having?

It was just getting my head around the process ... all good now

It would be nice if it synced with your accounts and showed your albums in the side bar

My biggest problem with uploading from lightroom is that I never finish my PP in lightroom. Once im done in lightroom I export to photoshop and play around with curves and some other things, save an original size tiff, then I resize and save image for web.

Maybe for the same reason PS has plugins. Not everyone will want to use this feature, keep the bloatware down. It's a feature not a shortfall IMO.

FWIW I'm absolutely loving this plugin, and LR in general, more and more. Awesome stuff.

If you hit '⌘ E' while a photo is selected in the develop module in LR will automatically open the file in photoshop. You can do all the edits you'd like, and when you save the file (defaults as a tiff), it will automatically add it to the LR collection you were just in. Then you can resize the tiff or crop as many times as you'd like because LR is non-destructive.

+1 i was about to say this as well. I do this all the time with edits and it works flawlessly.

Yes, exactly the same thing. I'd forgotten about the right click option, thanks.
