I have contributed to the original thread on the combination of this ball head and the gitzo 1541T. I have had the ball head for 4 months, and used lightly. Recently, when I loosen the knob, the head remains locked. I have to physically push on the middle of the knob (has nothing to do with tension screw) and it clicks, and then the head moves freely.
1. I am currently in Contact with Markins USA regarding Remedies, and will update everyone on this. The head comes with 3 year warranty
2. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, any solutions, thoughts?
