Info about this bicycle hill-climb & benefit race, is under any of these images on Flickr.

It was 86℉, and the sunlight was harsh.

Just joined the club - what a ripper of a lens.:-)

These were taken with the Canon (EOS R) + (Extender x1.4 Mk III) + (Extender x2.0 Mk II) + (300mm F2.8L Mk II) to give me a focal length of 840mm.

No problems with AF for these static, tripod mounted shots. The birds were located in a Gum Tree, some 25m away approx. 20m above ground.
