It does help and speed up reading a thread when I don't have to scroll through the same photos over and over. It happens all the time on here. I forgot as Men we aren't supposed to read instructions or ask for directions!

I think they interpret that as (a) same photo (b) kicking-off more than one thread and (c) designed to add attention

What I do NOT think it means is I should not post the same photo in 'Best Lacrosse' and 'Best Frozen Ball' when the photo meets both criteria and I'm in the flow on-topic in the thread.

If you think something's wrong, just report the post, as trying to interpret what a mod will do, which you might think of as helping, is just loading a thread with OT things.

@vinchel very strong work, and I think the photo of the village tells a story.

anymore pics to share so I can drool further? Lol. Almost bought the version 1 recently but glad I was able to control myself and just continue to save for this baby.

Same here! What camera? TC's? My next telephoto lens purchase is between the 400 f/2.8L IS II or the 600 f/4L IS II. What I have seen of your images the 400 is looking mighty tempting but we'll have to wait and see what the 600 has to offer when it comes out.

EXIF shows 1D4 at 400mm.
