I had an awesome opportunity to photograph a birth on Saturday! This was the coolest experience I have ever had in my photography career!! I have never witnessed a birth other than the 5 I delivered! It was such a miracle! Click here (external link)to see slideshow.

Great shots. :) I think it'd look awesome in color!

I have some in color as well. I think the black and white (chocolate) help tone down the blood and yuckiness. Here they are in color: http://bluebonnets.zenfolio.com/birth (external link)

Great set! I really wish I had a photographer on the day my daughter was born now! Such a neat thing for the parents to have! Great job!

Well done. It is one of the toughest things to cover well, in my opinion. You can see one I did last weekend if you check my recent posts (or blog)

My one suggestion would be to do a tighter edit. I looked through the zenfolio album and it brings the whole quality down when there are too many repeats. I think you have a lot of strong stuff but it is lost because there are just too many to look through. See if you can edit down to 20 images that tell the story and I bet you have an amazing set.
