Since I was unable to find a good side by side comparison of the two online, I bought both and made my own.
I have a Think Tank Change Up
and wanted a pouch to hold my 100-400 on its belt. The Change Up does hold the 100-400, but not with the hood down and ready. When I change lenses, the less steps and the less pieces to fiddle with, the better.
Both cases are as well made as any Think Tank product and velco securely to the belt. Both cases feature Think Tank's "pop down" feature where the case's bottom can be unzipped and extended to accommodate longer lenses with their hoods in the shooting position. The Len Changer 75 (LC75) comes with a rain cover but there's no dedicated place to store when not needed. The Skin 75 has a zippered pocket for it on the bottom. The LC75 is lightly padded and holds its round shape with or without a lens inside. The Skin 75 has no padding and can be flattened out when empty.
All examples below are using a 100-400 for reference.

Even with the case its its short configuration and the lens hood down and ready, either case holds the lens securely with the bungee tightened down.

I have the Skin 75's top flap velcro'ed to the back inside wall to keep it out of the way. I'm not a big fan of top flaps on bags in general because I don't have 4 hands and they tend to get in the way. I like that the Skin 75's flap can be secured so its not an issue. The LC75 also has a top flap but its very small, being just the size of the top opening and doesn't get in the way.
The feature that's swinging to toward the Skin 75 is the wider opening. The front edge of the 100-400's hood is pretty big around. It just fits through the LC75's opening with some wiggling. The Skin 75's opening is larger and while it doesn't hold its shape on its own, I find it quicker to drop the lens in.
