First time playing with lights
Not a frame of the subject but how is the lighting?

If anyone was curious about the lights.. 120J in a reflected umbrella camera left half power, on camera 580ex 1/4 power bounced off wall for fill, and a 480exII 3/4 power behind Bella. ( I have no idea what I'm doing with lights hence needing a guinea pig! )

It might just be me, but with a dog, it has a long nose so you can't get as shallow with your DOF or half the dogs face is OOF. I suggest you stop up on your AV and maybe aim between the eyes and nose, just play around until you can get a good over all focus on the animals face.

EDIT: To sum up my critique, I do not like how half the dogs face is OOF due to the too shallow DOF.

If it wasn't for the affectionate patience of a dog I think humanity would go nuts.
