You're showing the viewer a run of the mill set of railroad tracks that can be any stretch of the 230,000 miles of track in the US. Same goes for the landscape. Nothing interesting going on there either. On the good side technically the color shot is very good. Good exposure and focus. I do agree though that the B&Ws(especially the 2nd) are a bit flat. Is that so? Still learning every day.
