I personally like the BW conversion to be a little less soft... but both are good. Maybe a little more depth of field on the first one so we can get some sort of idea of the background, without actually seeing precisely what it is...

I like the honesty of the first, a good warts n' all but nice model shot. The second shot looks a little too contrived by comparison but I'm sure that the model loved it.
