This is my HDR image of the Empire State Building that I took last week. Comprised of three hand-held exposures (-2, 0, +2) using my Canon S3IS. It was getting near dusk and I had my ISO setting too high and ended up with a lot of noise in the images. Used noise remover to get rid of a lot of it. Processed the photos in Photomatix Pro 3 and this is the result. I know there is a bit of haloing around the building, but I've always liked that effect.

C&C always welcome and any tips for processing is greatly appreciated.

Al

I like it. Reminds me of the Towering Inferno (old film from the seventies). Very cool.

I bet it would also look cool if you pulled all the cyan and blue out of the windows. It might bring out the other colors more (or not).

Great shot

Thank you. bw!
