The advantages of hunting with a Canon

These are shots of a young cow moose from a couple weekends ago - on the Greys River, Wyomin'.

Shot her 230 times and she never even flinched! And, as far as I know, she's still up there munchin' on moss.

These are the four, from the 230, that I like the most - EXIF data present.

I would love to take credit for 'stalking' her .... but, the truth is that I was sitting in my Jeep. She was just feeding right near the road ... no more than 50 yards away. I did shoot 230 frames of her. She never did seem to be nervous, and I didn't try to approach any closer.

These were all hand-held, with the IS turned on.
