Recommendations for Rolling Lighting Cases?

I need a rolling case to store a light stand that's 32.5 inches collapsed, an AB800, and a vagabond battery pack. The closest thing I found to what I want is the Photoflex Transpac Single (external link). I took a look at it at a store, but it was pretty heavy and bulkier than I needed.

Anyone have any recommendations? And I don't want to spend $500 on a case.

Thanks!

Yuto

Unfortunately, those type of "All in One" cases are all virtually the same in size (give or take).....
I use Pelican Cases with a 42" Heavy Duty Padded Stand Bag.
All of my lighting goes into the Pelican Case(s) and I can fit up to 8 Calumet 10 foot light stands in my stand bag. I pull up the handle on the Pelican case and put the stand bag on top of it and with one hand, I roll my lighting equipment wherever I want to go.....

Temba Roadie might work. I use one, it's great and takes a real beating.

The size of the photoflex single is great, but it has the hard material inside, which I don't need. I really just want a lighter one of those.

I live in the city, so I don't have car. And I'm also a student. I just want to put all of my lighting stuff in a rolling case (including the stand), and put my camera gear in a backpack.

If you are referring to the hard material as the "dividers", then you're going to need those to separate your gear from one another and rubbing against each other as well as have padded protection from the shock of bumping. But also, just in case you didn't know, all of those dividers can come out and you can have just a big open space, if that's what you're wanting.....

Sorry, my writing was unclear. I was referring to the hard material of the case. Of course There needs to be some sort of back-bone to keep the thing from being too flimsy, but it's not like I'm going to ship it through airplane luggage, so no need for it to be on all sides.

Have you looked into a Stanley Mobile Tool Chest? They list the size as adequate to hold your light stand, which I think will be the biggest issue.

So you're just looking for a long soft bag?
Something like a long duffle bag?
The surrounding material on that case is just a durable 1/8" or 1/4" piece of corrugated plastic with a little soft cushion..... You've got to have some sort of durability to protect your equipment against shock, again unless you're just looking for a regular long zipper bag or something.....
My other recommendation to you would be Lightware Case and Bags.....

These are very soft and foamy, yet holds their shape and not stiff like the PhotoFlex.
However, there are no dividers and these are very pricey!
