Hey guys I took some pictures in the forest. I've uploaded them all to Flickr right here (external link) but I will share my favorites. Please tell me what you think!

Spider Man: Good use of the rules of thirds, positioning the spider's web in the right third of the image. The twig or grass blade crossing the web detracts from the center of interest.

Trail Curve: The trail makes an very nice leading line, curving through the forest.

Berries: The berries are the center of interest. They are too centered for my taste. Crop the image to situate the berries in a third of the image. Same comment for the image of your sister. I thought it was a nice image. I looks like she is contemplating something important. Crop off the open space on the left of the image.

For the two water images, I thought Faster Water was better exposed. Some of the highlights in Slower Water were blown out.

Yeah I think crop would be a good idea. The spider web shot was hard to get, sunlight going into the web was just right for only a fleeting moment.
