Photofinish, I like those baseball pics! :) I need to get to US and try shooting baseball. Never seen a full game. Once tried playing it, but got awfully confused. lol

Baseball/softball is a lot of fun to shoot! I look forward to taking pictures of my daughters team every year now!

There was a really nice moment for my wife and I at the end of the the season this year. We passed out half sheet flyers for the team parents with the web gallery address on it, and the parents from last year got all excited that we did it again! One of the newer parents made a comment about them just being pictures and the parent from last year said "No, you've not seen pictures like these, they're really good!"

A little ego boost for someone that's still learning never hurts.

Thanks for looking!

My photoblog is pretty new... but slowly expanding (it uses the rather excellent pixelpost (basic) template and engine)...

It can be seen here: www.tgsphoto.co.uk/blog (external link)

I'm trying to post one shot from most of the events I cover along with some explanation/waffle as to how the image came about. It may or may not be of interest to anyone... but it's kinda therapeutic ;)

condyk - pixelpost original system is designed for users to process their web edits, then upload. Many photobloggers put time and effort into each image, since editing for web and print are rather different to a degree...Uploading a 3mb file to be resized in the application is a haul on the server, bandwidth ect...there is a resize script addon, just check the pixelpost forum for more info on it...I am not familiar with it since I do not use it

I agree ... that's one outstanding blog.

If I were him I wouldn't waste my time here. What could he learn   and from a read through of his blog he looks too busy to contribute to others learning. We'd be better reading his blog ;)

The images are outstanding. Makes everyone here look a rank amateur (most of us are I guess!) Technically A1 and an emotional connection first rather than any dull thoughts of 'sharpness' A large number are clearly top of the tree photostock quality.

http://blog.blinking8s.com (external link) - it's live again, still rebuilding my database though, i reconfigured my whole system and am restoring it one image at a time, got through those in my free time during the last 48 hours, so for the most part its back up and running, just need to get it back up to date then restore the comments and info system.

Here is my Livejournal (external link). No drama, just photos with a little bit of a write-up as appropriate (and the occasional invite/plug for friends and or family).

I will have to go through all your blogs at some point. :) I recently started my own blog, but it's not photo oriented. Of course there will most likely be some photos on it, but it's mostly text.

Yahoo has some sort of blog/photoblog thing called Yahoo 360. I have one since I have my e-mail through yahoo, but I have yet to personalize it. Anybody else have a blog through Yahoo 360?
