Anybody has compared / reviewed these two SIGMA lenses ? I am hesitating between the two. I wonder if the extra range of the 18-200 is done at the prize of slightly lower picture quality compared to the 18-125 in the same mm range (18-125). I would rather buy the 18-200 in terms of range, but not a the price of lower quality in the 18-125 range.
I do know for a fact that the 18-200 f is at F6.3 at 200mm, compared to F5.6 at 125mm for the shorter lens. However the 18-200 is capable of F5.6 up to about 175-180mm.
But the real question: is there a quality difference between these two lenses in the 18-125mm range ? Am i sacrificing quality for lenght by choosing the 18-200 over the 18-125 ?
Anybody did a comparison. Or is there a review out there (apart from the japanese review alreday mentioned on this board) ?
