I have my grandfathers Yashica A sitting on my desk, but it badly needs a replacement focus screen. I really can't wait to start shooting medium format. Shooting 35mm is fun with my OM-2, but you're right that the resolution leaves a lot to be desired. I'm just holding out for a good deal on a Hasselblad 500C/CM setup. FLICKR

You can pick up a complete Mamiya 645 camera (body, prism, 120 film back), for example, for well under $500. Unfortunately, the better lenses still go for 'good' prices.
