Well the 24-70L says macro on the side, but that's really iffy, but I do own a full set of Kenko tubes and it pairs very nicely with my EF 85mm f1.8 and that's kind of become my macro set up. It works, but it really isn't a perfect replacement for a true macro lens. I'm thinking about getting a Canon EF-s 60mm f2.8 to throw on in front of the tubes. Bee-Headed - 85mm with 56mm of ETs Purple and Green - 85mm f1.8 with 36mm of ETs Violas - 85mm f1.8 with 20mm of ETs Jewell Wings - 85mm f1.8 with 56mm of ETs Ghost - 85mm f1.8 with 56mm of ETs Big Sky - 70-200 f4L with 32mm of ETs Ambush Bug - 24-70 f2.8L with 20mm of ETs I hope this helps your cause. Buy them off of eBay, they are cheaper that way. I paid around $130 for my set of three ETs. Chas Gordon
