Hello guys,

I own a Smugmug account https://www.visualfotography.smugmug.com/ (external link) I also list on Ebay etc. I've been trying endlessly to use my account by opening up a gallery for ebay photos and then trying to link the HTML of my pictures to my ebay add but with no sucess.

I've tried using this code < img src= "url link address to photo " >
But it doesn't work. All I get is the Acutal code on the page with no photo

Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance Guys

The last time I used Ebay to sell something I just worked my own explenation page in html and linked to my smugmug account for pictures using exactly what you did:

<img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/images/yourpicture.jpg">

Make sure your image is not in a protected gallery in smugmug, here is how:
Goto your smugmug site,
copy the url for the picture you want,
Click the logout button on the top of the smugmug page,
Paste the url into your browser.

If the picture does not show you have to log back into your smugmug account and make sure the external links radio button in your galleries settings is set to yes.

Thanks for looking!

Great! Glad to be of help!

(Ok, not great that you have been having issues, but that we may have the solution. You know what I mean.)
