Yep...we good.

A couple somebodies owe me a new lap top. Do you know how difficult it is to get coffee out of the key board on these things? *turns you all upside down and shakes out the caffeine.*

I too have missed the random snake ball tournaments not to mention Bobert his self.

DAN! I totally forgot to mention that I REALLY enjoyed your photo rant today. I think you should do that more often. Yep.

As should you, and Chris, and Terri, and Zane, and...and...and...everyone. Yep

My fools live for fries....they aren't real fond of our recent healthy eating kick. Haven't had fries in a couple of months now....I think I saw Dharma mouthing "Burger King" yesterday.

:lol::lol::lol:

When Bax came to the house I laid down the law, no people food. Curt didn't obey.:rolleyes: Maybe the training collar is being used on the wrong guy in this house.

Do you not have a charging model that hits them for procrastination in requirements ?

I need to do that. A common problem and bonus with custom building is the customers being allowed to make choices and changes on the fly. This is all fine, as long as they are timely. I have had a few customers though that are terrible decision makers.

I have a young couple right now that I am building a new home for that are going back and forth on a shingle colour, and the framers expect to finish the roof today. Most of the other trades won't come in until the shingling is done. They have a many more decisions to make now too. I tried referring them to a consultant to help with finish choices, but they really want to pull it all together themselves. :rolleyes:

Ahhh, being an international company, we have things in place for situations like that.

But since we just consult for clients, banks, governments, we mediate with them with contractors, sub-contractors etc. etc. The pain in the arse is when a client will look at something, take forever to say yes/no to a contractor. Either way, they give us what they owe us, and any changes to the "Scope" or scheduling will just cost them more.

I just get annoyed with meetings that do the same thing again and again :D

I have lots of friends, but not anywhere near that many. Most of my local friends aren't even on facebook.
