Personally, I'd go with a Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 or a Canon 10-22 and a "Normal" zoom like a Canon 17-55. I think that would work. Maybe a Canon 50mm f1.4 for portraits. I'd also get a flash like a 430EX for portraits as well.

Walkaround: 24-105L
Primes: Sigma 30mm (indoor) or the 50mm (middle) or Canon 85/1.8 (outdoor) [only you would know]
Wide: Tokina 11-16 (heck of a good lens)
Telephoto:70-200 f4 IS (much lighter than the f2.8 so I guess you'll use it far more often)

didn't really add up the prices, these are just what i would get out of those for a crop

If anything would have to go, I'd drop the 85mm f/1.8.

Drop t2i, add 5D or 5D II

then add 35L, 85L, and 24-105L
