Tokyo Downtown and Disney: Lens question

i'm sure there is a thread here somewhere regarding this same thing. So if there is lemme know. WHICH ONE LENS (ONLY ONE) DO YOU TAKE.

1? I'll be taking 3 to Disney, 24-105mm, 50mm and a telephoto I haven't picked yet. If I had to choose 1 it would be the 24-105.

If I was taking young children to Disney (Not sure why else you would go) I would bring a G11 or similar. Chasing children, lugging equipment? Not for me.

Yes, one lens only because that my bag is going to be filled with baby stuff.

Yup, i know what you mean. that's why i'm limiting myself with one lens. (see above comment)

i'm looking to take the brick (24-70) with me. Maybe i'll sneak in the tonka 11-16 if the missus is not looking. :eek:

sigma 30 1.4 and a flash hehehe....

if it were me, id bring my 24-105 and flash and try to pocket the sigma 30.

Take your backpack and take both lenses. I've been to the Tokyo Disney twice so far and various places around Tokyo. You will probably want your wide angle lens for Tokyo. Lots of tall buildings and things to see.

take 16-35 L II and if you can sneak in 1 more then it will be 85 1.8. both of those together would be about the same weight of the brick.
personally, i found anything below 16mm is too wide to include humans in the pics.
