Yes, it seems unusual to see superbikes flying through the air when its faster if they are kept on the ground. I have never visited Cadwell Park, so can only assume its impossible to keep them down? Wish F1 tracks offered that spectacle, instead we get more boring tracks from Herman Tilke.

Really nice shots as usual Nigel, had to work so didn't make it up myself.

Will be making the trip to Silverstone for the BSB's as will be the last time i use the MKIV and 300 before i regretfully part company with them and most of my kit.

Will make sure i come and say hello if you are there.

It's common for fast bikes to go airbourne over 'The Mountain' at Cadwell. Though I've never been, it is on my list of places to go to sometime.

they are awesome ; no wonder you're an official photographer.
Josh Brookes (4) wasn't only flying but was also one of the fastest so I don't think he lost any time while he was up in the air.

No-one told Josh Brookes! In race 2, both his passes, on Kyonari then Hill, taking him from 3rd to the race win, were made at this point. He was carrying more speed into the Mountain, hence the airtime, and nailing the throttle at the moment the rear wheel touched down. Fantastic to watch, (if only on TV), and effective.
