nice one. That really isnt for from me at all, just down the A10.

Im guessing 200mm on crop (300 ish) still isnt enough reach. Might need a TC?

Its pot luck I guess, the more you have the better I expect.

I need a nice B/W lightroom preset, I have loads but nothing really works, ideas?

Welcome back! :) It's great that you can play with POTNers no matter where you go and they are just so friendly and inviting too. There is another Sandwich meet on the 25th if you're interested.

It was amazing, I only posted a question about places to take pictures and the next thing i know i was invited to Dwight's POTN BBQ where they wouldnt take 'no' for an answer.

It would have to be a second hand 7d as new the bodies alone are going for about £1200. Could probably get a new 50d and lens for that. Obviously could get something better if he went second hand.

That was another option I gave him and I did say it was worth looking at second hand but new is what he is really looking for.

Managed to have a quick edit of some shots from Bedgebury Forest and the Pinetum.

Sore subject for Matt for the first one - a couple of danglers... :P

I'd me all over a second hand 40D which would give option for a nice lens to partner it. If it has to be new it'd be a 50D though with that I'm guessing he'll be lucky for better than a nifty fifty from the change.
